It was Valentine’s Day and Nayan had planned a two day getaway for us in Solvang, California. We checked into our hotel and went for a lovely dinner. When we arrived back to the hotel, I was delighted to find that our entire room was filled with tea light candles and rose petals. It was at that moment that Nayan went down on one knee and popped the question. Needless to say, it was the best Valentine’s Day for both of us.
